Botify thrives on the success of our customers, and we’re looking for strategic, results-driven Customer Delivery Managers (CDMs) to engage and enable Botify’s customers to deploy and fully utilize the Botify Platform to achieve their business outcomes.

As a Customer Delivery Associate, you will own the ultimate success of the Botify customers’ on-boarding experience, taking responsibility for the post-sales lifecycle of your portfolio from onboarding to project execution(e)Through your partnership, customers will derive maximum value from their investments using Botify’s insights and recommendations, leading to project success, retention, and renewal.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Manage the on-boarding, implementation, and usage of the Botify Platform
  • Ability to understand clients’ business goals, to anticipate future needs and help determine the ideal solution
  • Coordinate the technical work to be completed by professional services resources with the Customer throughout the lifetime of their contract
  • Provide initial orientation of the platform to clients before implementation kick off
  • Communicate regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction, completion of success criteria, and ensure the implementation is completed on schedule
  • Share SEO best practice and strategy recommendations
  • Liaise with Botify’s Technical Support Team on customer support tickets
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers in driving client retention, and identifying business growth opportunities
  • Energize by solving problems and finding opportunities to make clients successful

Requirements :

  • Familiarity with enterprise software and/or hands on software implementation and delivery experience
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations with compelling messages to technology and business audiences; you are a natural, credible technology evangelist with experience in translating that passion into business impact for customers
  • Significant customer facing experience leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations with large account/project management experience
  • We're looking for a team player with a passion for Search Marketing, and Digital Marketing in general, who understands how Botify can impact Digital Marketers' daily life and help them generate results for their customers
  • SEO knowledge and previous experience in the SEO industry are nice to have(e)
