About the job:
Reporting into the Head of Global TA Operations, the University Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for engaging and assessing candidates for our open Internships positions in EMEA(e)We are looking for a creative, innovative thinker with strong communication skills who will be able to strengthen Contentsquare’s brand on campus.
As a University TA Intern, you'll assist in recruiting qualified campus candidates to fill entry-level and intern positions within our Business team(e)You'll coordinate recruiting events and activities and develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients(e)The Intern will also be expected to support the execution of our tech pilot internship program in Q3.
What you’ll do:
- Attract, Engage and assess talent to join all teams at Contentsquare
- Responsible for recruiting our interns across our Business teams
- Administer all aspects of the recruitment process and adhere to all relevant talent policies
- Collaborate with our Talent Operations team, our Talent Acquisition team, People operations and hiring managers to execute hiring processes
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Desire to learn the roles and responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Partner
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Outstanding communication skills, communication style is open and transparent
- Ability to work autonomously to achieve your own goals, but you get your energy from a team that fosters collaboration
- Exceptional Interpersonal Relationship building skills, and a genuine passion for what we do
- English and French language skills
