You’ll join our Country & Category team, who are actively looking for an intern to help with growing our presence in the UK market(e)Because you’ll be working on projects related to growing the UK market, you’ll get exposed to a broad mix of functions and teams within Back Market.

Your Missions, if You Accept it:

Researching partnership opportunities for Back Market in the UK market
Approaching potential partners and implementing partnerships with them
Closely following partnership KPIs and reporting back to the business

Supporting us on other projects that can help the UK market scale where we learn you have good skills fit: it could be events and conferences we attend, through to help us scrub up on social media(e)Whatever the UK market needs to grow, you’ll be there.

1(e)How can I best prepare for the interviews?

Research(e)There’s blogs, there’s social media accounts, there’s a lot to discover and, believe us, that information will not go unnoticed in the interviews.

Practice(e)It’s not a secret that a question “please introduce yourself” is something that will be the start of many interviews and this is surely something you can prep for, it will ease your stress!

2(e)What is the application & recruitment process?

The application is straight forward - you attach your CV and answer some filtering questions(e)You choose the language you prefer to use in the conversations, except the initial call with HR(e)The rest of the process:

-Technical test

-45 min interview with Katy, our UK GM & your hiring manager

-45 min interview with Thibaud, our Head of Partnerships

3(e)Is the internship paid? What else is in the package?

Yes, indeed, the internships are paid(e)You also get meal vouchers, 6 days off throughout the 6 months & support for public transport expenses(e)And some discounts on Back Market’s platform, bien sûr!

4(e)How are the interviews conducted?

Remotely - phone calls / video calls (we use Zoom!).
