Reporting to Axelle Caharel, our People Partner Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring that there is a HR people partner for the Engineering team.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):?

  • Be the HR entry point for your dedicated Backmakers:
  • HR referent from the onboarding to the offboarding for all the employees of your perimeter
  • Support teams on a daily basis for all their HR issues: training, career development, mobility, etc.
  • Guide and coach the management team in the management and organisation of their teams (talent identification/retention, performance reviews, training, organisation chart) 
  • Participate to the global improvement of our People processes in order to create the best strategy forBack Market. 
  • Deploy the processes locally , taking into account the specificities of your perimeter : onboarding, quarter review,  annual review, salary reviews, training, etc. 
  • Partner with the People Experts to implement and set up processes & tools that support Back Market’s growth 

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE: ⭐

  • You have a solid experience as an HRBP or HR generalist
  • You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment
  • You have a deep understanding and experience of the challenges an engineering/tech organization is facing
  • You like challenges and adapt quickly to any situation
  • You are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in total autonomy
  • You are a great communicator (verbally & in writing) and an active listener: you've always delivered a strong support to your clients/managers
  • You are outgoing and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!
  • English is a no-brainer
