About the job

This position will support the growth of Twilio Go-To Market teams in EMEA(e)You will be responsible for finding the most interesting candidates who demonstrate the Twilio magic(e)You will partner with hiring managers across the globe and focus on providing remarkable candidate experience, guiding candidates through our hiring process(e)You should excel at juggling multiple priorities, and thrive at going above and beyond(e)You should be driven by technological curiosity, and understand how GTM roles are a key part of business success.

As the team at Twilio has grown, so has our recruiting team(e)This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join Twilio(e)The GTM recruiting team partners with Sales teams, Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partners, among others. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop, prioritise, and deliver on comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies
  • We are building something special at Twilio(e)You will source, engage, nurture and qualify a diverse pool of candidates from a range of channels and sources to meet strategic hiring goals 
  • Deliver work consistently in a fast-paced environment by managing time and effort across projects, sourcing strategies, timelines, and deliverables for projects; take initiative to complete unanticipated or ad hoc tasks.
  • Build strong relationships across all functions and customers (FP&A, HR, Total Rewards, and with candidates) that will create great outcomes.
  • Solve challenges and produce solutions by collecting and interpreting data with quantitative or qualitative approach; identify alternatives when circumstances change 
  • Create an efficient interview and offer process and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing feedback
  • Ensure a flawless candidate experience and always maintain operational excellence.
  • Seek out unique points of view(e)Help mentor those around you and inspire them to bring new ideas to the table.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6+ years’ experience in a recruiting role
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, especially for high growth teams 
  • Comfortable with simultaneously managing multiple searches; ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment while still maintaining priorities and deadlines
  • Previous experience recruiting for GTM roles including but not limited to Services and Customer Support.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple functions and managing time efficiently
  • Has a data driven approach and understand the importance of operational excellence  
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully

Desired:

  • Experience within technology start-ups, successful SaaS companies, or major players in the technology industry

Location 

This role could be based in either of our offices in Dublin, London, Paris, Prague, Warsaw, Munich, Berlin, Spain. 

Upto 10% travel is anticipated(e)
