We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to help the Campus team source new candidates, recruit our future interns/apprentices and work on our Campus project.
The team is closely partnering with business to identify needs and profiles that will push the organization to the next level - there’s sourcing, there’s recruitment, there’s many projects and training and there’s definitely a lot of fun times(e)Back Market is growing so fast, and therefore, the global talent acquisition is the first-class seat in seeing how IT magnificently rolls out.
It is a great opportunity to see how to scale some HR processes (HR tools improvement, data analysis, etc.)
Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🥇
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing the best talents in Europe for all jobs excluding Tech
- Advertise our jobs, improving quality and ensuring it respects our brands guidelines
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in activities such as scheduling, organizing events (Career Fairs), and Employer Branding
- Contribute to quarterly projects to structure our processes, upskill our teams and deliver top-notch candidate experience
- Work hands-in-hands with the People team and the Business to generate the best-in-class People strategy
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (Lever) and our Talent Acquisition database up-to-date

- You’re fluent in French and English
- You have prior experience (internships included) in Project Management / Human Resources
