Our new offer - AI for Sustainability - is tailored to help our clients power up their sustainability strategies and drive climate action with data and analytics solutions by :
- Building their ESG data foundations (automated footprint measurement and data pipelines, alternative data collection such as satellite imagery or text analysis)
- Reducing their environmental impact using Data on all 3 scopes (demand forecasting, AIpowered eco-design, energy optimization, environmental nudges, …)
- Creating a strategical decision-making cockpit to reconcile business performance with social and environmental impact and help our clients shift their business models (360° portfolio view, ESG dashboards, multi-criteria simulations, market, regulatory, and consumer watch)(e)

To accelerate the development of our AI for Sustainability offer, we are looking for sustainability & ESG consultants and climate strategists who want to multiply their impact by collaborating with tech & data experts and building the solutions to automate and scale climate action.
Job responsibilities:
*Apply analytical skills to quantitative and technical analyses such as life cycle assessment (LCA), corporate and/or product footprinting, ideally not only on carbon footprint but also on other planetary boundaries
*Support product and ESG methodology & scoring development across asset classes for our clients
*Monitor various regulatory developments around sustainable investments and extra-financial reporting such as the SFDR, the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities, and CSRD
*Build up internal knowledge on topics such as climate, biodiversity, and social impact measurement
*Develop relationships with key ESG index, data and research providers
*Contribute to the development of other consulting missions related to automated carbon footprint measurement, climate-related risks, biodiversity risks, and supply chain risks
*Work with data scientists, UX/UI designers and product managers to deliver Product
*Contribute to business development (answer to RFPs, up-sell existing clients with our AI for Sustainability offer, etc)
*Develop and share insights on sustainability topics and trends
Candidate profile:
*Master or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, you have a finance and / or sustainability specialization
*You have at least 5 years of experience in an investment fund, ESG research firm or a financial institution
*Strong entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to this new offer and challenge clients on their sustainability strategies at the Ex-com level
*Strong analytical skills and affinity for performing technical analysis, modeling, and data management
*Passionate about sustainability issues with a strong desire to shake things up and fight greenwashing at corporate level
*Deep understanding of corporate structure across different industries
