A brief overview of the People Tribe 📘 

You will join the new vertical People Tribe within the PayFit Solutions platform.

Solutions platform is a set of Product Teams organized in Vertical with a well-defined business scope: Time Management, Advance payment, Expenses Management...

Today, the Tribe is divided in two Squads for now:the 1:1 squad and the Performance review squad(e)The tribe is today composed of 12 people: 1 product director, 1 engineering director, 1 design director, 1 senior product business partner(e)Finally, within the squads there are 1 product manager, 1 product designer, 1 team lead and 5 software engineers(e)The big picture of our hiring evolution is that we have small squads to maximise our impact on different Products for 1 specific mission: empower People relations.

Why do we have a dedicated team to manage People relations?
To solve 2 real-world problems:
People want to identify, clarify and apply patterns for effective feedback: purpose, relationship, onboarding, frequency, context, feedback...
People want to identify, clarify and avoid anti-patterns for effective feedback: like micro-management, talk only, no care...

What will be your role? Solve customer problems 💡

We are looking for people ready to solve specific customer problems(e)For instance:
Build Products with self-direction to impact the people relations
Contribute with self-regarding: user interfaces, components, apis, services, databases, monitoring, logging...
Scale our People technical stack by improving, refactoring, testing...
Contribute to our PayFit Inner Source: Design System, core packages..(e)with RFC first and with new components then
Take care of our Continuous Documentation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Security and Continuous Support and Continuous Error Tracking
Participate to the improvement of our rituals and methodology
Interact with the Triforce: Design x Engineering x Product to achieve our Mission
