YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT) :?

You'll be in charge of increasing our visibility in our key markets, but the true measure of success is going to be the growth and development of the team around you(e)As an SEO lead, you’ll be responsible for:
Lead SEO specialists in accomplishing their duties, including developing strategy, tactics, implementation, verifications, and providing creative recommendations for improvements
Manage a diverse team with different backgrounds and career aspirations
Briefing teams on SEO strategies, goals and expectations
Ensuring the SEO teams are on track with deliverables and project plans and providing reports
Measuring the effectiveness of strategy (rankings, traffic, conversions) and making decisions based on data
Recruiting new collaborators(e)Must be able to recognize skill gaps and hire the right team members
Constructing presentation-ready reporting that delivers valuable insight into SEO campaign performance
Working with Traffic Managers to prepare forecasts and budgets, and lead meetings where needed for quarterly reviews
Staying current on latest search marketing trends
Additional job responsibilities as assigned by manager

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

You’re an SEO Expert with at least 7 years of SEO experience in big players companies
You have at least 3 years experience in a managerial/team lead roles
You’re a big experiments fan with strong knowledge of SEO methodologies
You have strong organizational skills and project management skills
Knowledge of the key aspects of SEO
You’re able to develop strategies based on data + methodologies to roll them out
Knowledge and application of SEO and web analytics tools for data analysis
You are solutions focused with a creative approach to problem-solving
You are an advanced user of tools such as SEMRush, Atarget="_blank" rel="nofollow" hrefs, Majestics SEO, screamingfrog, Botify, Oncrawl, DeepCrawl, Search console, Google Analytics, etc.
