As a Senior UX Engineer in the frontend chapter, you'll be in charge to ensure the delivery of the design system(e)

Here are some examples of missions:

• Front-end representative at the DS committee

• Prioritize with the DS committee and the different Squads the component roadmap (component creations, updates etc)

• Owner of the release process (component & lib version, CI/CD, etc)

• Guardian of the DS philosophy (along with the members of the DS committee)

• Evangelize the DS inside (ensure the front-ends working on the DS follow the rules) & outside the front-end team (spread the word)

• Responsible for the quality output by the design system (client APIs, accessibility, SEO compliant, QA process, performances etc)

• Ensure the DS is properly used & migrated on production

• Being the bridge between the engineers & the design team, being sensitive to design challenges / approaches
