🤓What's the role about?
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape and build Zenly’s future(e)Working from our Paris HQ, you will be a core part of a small team of designers that develops new features for the Zenly application(s), from proposing initial concepts to ensuring we ship high quality features(e)In short, you’ll be responsible for making the products that millions of people use every day(e)You will be expected to contribute to all aspects of product design and execution, including pitching the product, designing the product (visual design, interaction design, and prototyping), and communicating the product to the necessary audiences within the company.
🚀What will you be doing as a Senior Product Designer:
- Design innovative new features and pitch those concepts directly to the CEO
- You will be instrumental in shaping every aspect of the mobile app
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Zenly’s mechanics, look and feel, demographics
- As a strong and experienced team player, you will collaborate closely with leadership, other designers, PMs, engineers to create unique features
- Be a leader - Zenly is design-led, and as a member of the Design Team you will be expected to lead projects and teams
- Design beautiful, simple, innovative, and intuitive experiences and flows
- Regularly give and receive feedback on designs and strategic product decisions
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Zenly
- If desired, opportunity to coach and mentor other designers
🌟What type of skills and experience matters to us for the job:
- Previous experience in mobile design
- Previous experience shipping mobile apps in complex and highly creative environments
- Visual interface design: you create visually elegant application designs & flows.
- Prototyping skills: tool agnostic, you can bring your work to life or make it interactive.
- Experience with Amplitude or any other analytic tool
- Strong communication skills : you are able to explain the 'why' behind your ideas and collaborate persuasively with others.
