At Meero, we believe that a Product Designer is responsible both for designing the most pleasant and practical experience.
At Meero, we believe that a Product Designer is a key element of the Product team(e)The Product Designer works along with the Product Managers to build magical products, and is involved in every step of the product development cycle.
At Meero, though we already have a strong Product Design culture - thanks to our daily usage of the most recent tools (Figma, Miro, Iteration X…), technologies (React, VueJS, React Native, Swift, Kotlin) and a robust Design system - we now want to take it to the next level by internalizing specific Product Designer skills.
The mission of the Senior Product Designer is amazing because of its diversity and its strategic role in the product cycle(e)She/He will be able to express UX and UI competencies, work on web app and mobile products, and interact with various types of users - from clients, to professional photographers and Meeronauts.
That position will be part of the Product team and will be reporting directly to the VP Product.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Explore different ways to solve design problems and successfully identify the best solution
- Work closely with Product Managers & Engineers
- Create user-centered prototypes, translate research findings into mockups or wireframes to explore solutions
- Design web interfaces & mobile interfaces that are simple, elegant and enjoyable
- Lead user tests to obtain quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Be focused on customers’ needs with business requirements, while considering technical constraints
- Be aware of the latest trends in terms of UX/UI design and suggest improvements so that Meero is always up to date

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4+ years of work experience as a Product Designer
- Thrive in a variable and demanding scale up environment
- Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills
- Fluent in English
- You are extremely proactive, curious & rigorous, with the ability to own various projects at the same time
- Previous work experience on mobile app and/or SaaS and/or back office
- Startup and/or scale up environment is a plus
- Someone who's fun, ambitious but humble
