Within the eCommerce Business Unit, you will be part of the Ops Excellence team(e)
We’re looking for an intern ready to start mid December 2022 / early January 2023.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Financial ops (50-60%): coordinate with project managers to track revenue & margin, per project & overall for the whole BU, on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
- Ops efficiency (20%): coordinate with our Ops Excellence Manager to improve the efficiency of the Delivery team, leveraging on new processes, tools, organisation & dashboards.
- Partner management (10-20%): support the management of the pool of partners (onboarding, scoring…)
- Other ad-hoc analysis (10%): support on ad-hoc analysis for internal or external needs (ex: reporting to the top management, preparation of client Quartner Business Reviews…)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- You have a bachelor or master degree from a business school
- You can work in a fast-paced environment, on several projects in parallel and multitask
- You have an analytical, data-driven mind and you master Excel
- You’re fluent in English and French
- You have good communication skills and team spirit!
