Team Mission:
You will be part of a new team with the mission of implementing from scratch a design system across all our platforms (web, iOS, Android)(e)As a member of this team, you will be responsible for creating UI libraries that will be our first step in order to give a fresher look and feel to all our applications(e)You will have a direct impact on the designers' and devs' experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Participate with the design system product manager and engineers in the creation of a best-in-class design system.
Become an authority on TheFork design language, and settings best practices for the design system.
Contribute to the design system documentation, training material, and onboarding.
Evangelize the design system adoption inside TheFork.
Support decisions with deliverable (UX Scorecards, competitive evaluations, user flows, and other user research methodologies) to iterate on and refine the design system.
Understand the different approaches to user research and actively stay informed about new techniques and the pros and cons behind them.
Create a coherent and well-designed set of UX, in order to improve the interface and experience at TheFork.
Requirements:
Roughly 4 to 8+ years experience working as Product Designer.
Have some experience or a big intereset in working with design system.
Proficiency with Figma.
Comfortable working in an international global context and proficient in English
Communication: you effectively interact with others to build relationships, influence, and facilitate the sharing of ideas and information(e)You use tact and diplomacy to navigate difficult situations
