Our Plan Is To Broadly Embrace Sustainability With:
- An objective to become B-Corp certified by the end of 2023
- A strong focus on environmental impact through net-zero targeting and significant efforts put on education of our internal and external communities.
Part of the strategy is also to create the internal capabilities and governance which will allow embarking a broader audience of employees in the journey and therefore amplify the company’s capacity to have a big impact.
what you will do ?
Aligned with the Sustainability strategy, working closely with different stakeholders involved on the topic and under the responsibility of the Sustainability manager, you will:
- Assist the sustainability manager in the strategy deployment around building corporate responsibility (B Corp certification, carbon neutrality), engaging our internal community and influencing our ecosystem of restaurants and users;
- Collect the data and proofs needed to ensure the evolution of the BCorp project(e)To do so, you will be included in the B Corp certification core team;
- Work closely with our communications team to ensure that we are identified as a Sustainability key player by our external stakeholders: Social media posts, newsletters, external and internal events etc.;
- With our HR team, help building awareness and mobilize employees around our key initiatives that significantly improve our impact;
- Identify and share new initiatives that can transform our industry and embark our employees on our sustainability journey, by conducting research;
- Be an ambassador of best practices internally and in our global ecosystem.
Who you are?
- You are finishing your Master’s degree (4-5 years) in economics, philosophy, management, sustainability or political science and want to have a first internship experience contributing to sustainability into a scale-up company ;
- You understand the environmental, ethical, and social requirements for a company to become more responsible ;
- You are not afraid of impact assessment issues ;
- You are passionate about sustainability topics in general and you believe each company should to do its part ;
- You have a structured approach, are very well organized and autonomous ;
- You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
