Botify is actively building a trusted, global community of complementary technology companies, strategic solution partners, and collaborative marketing partners to maximize and scale business growth for enterprise brands, not just in support of their SEO efforts, but their entire online marketing strategy.

In support of this strategic initiative, Botify is looking for a seasoned Senior Partnerships Manager, EMEA, who will report to the New York-based VP of Partner Strategy and be responsible for representing Botify’s growing global ecosystem of partners in the EMEA market.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive partnership and business development strategies to increase revenue opportunities for Botify
  • Identify solution partners including digital consultancies, system integrators, and agencies to support regional growth, with particular focus on Nordics, Netherlands, DACH, and Belgium
  • Develop meaningful and collaborative revenue-driving relationships that drive enablement and awareness, specifically among field sales, solutions, and customer-facing teams
  • Define sales-oriented partner plans that include mutual success targets such as quarterly lead generation, pipeline, and sales targets
  • Establish a formalized field relationship mapping strategy
  • Manage partner pipeline in collaboration with Botify Sales, Solutions, & Customer Success teams to achieve revenue goals
  • Support regional relationships with marketing and technology partnerships, as needed

Your qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or sales for a software company, preferably SaaS
  • Experience managing channel pipeline and proven record of achieving targets
  • A strong network and the ability to leverage existing relationships across the technology ecosystem, especially in the Nordics, Netherlands, DACH, and Belgium
  • A solid understanding of the needs and nuances of enterprise brands within key EMEA markets
  • A native or fluent English speaker; additional languages a plus
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to also function autonomously
  • Wants a new challenge in a fast-growing, market-leading tech company
