We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, but did we mention the issue is huge? This is where you come in! We are recruiting a Senior Learning & Development Consultant/Partner to support our rapid growth at Too Good To Go.
The role can be based in either London, Copenhagen, Paris or Madrid
Your Mission
You will be a key part of the Too Good To Go People & Culture team, constantly evolving to meet the requirements of a fast-paced business in high growth(e)You will help shape and define the L&D framework and opportunities that accelerates business performance.
This will include project management, performance consulting, learning needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of our Learning framework components, processes and programmes.
Your Role
As Senior Learning and Development Partner, you will report to the Global Head of Learning and Development and hold the following accountabilities:
- Conduct performance consulting and capability analysis across the business, applying a curious mindset to drill down to the root cause of capability gaps and recommend solutions
- Design and project manage end to end solutions that fit with progressive thought leadership related to learning, talent and performance
- Design a range of innovative solutions at pace in line with our learning philosophy that are blended, agile, scalable, and with a design thinking approach, incorporating the 70:20:10 model
- Apply adult learning theories to ensure our people get the best out of their development
- Flex to design & deliver L&D impact across capabilities from Sales and Success to Leadership and Talent
- Work with Talent Manager to create seamless language, connectivity and flow between core capability and high potential talent development
- Collaborate with stakeholders and local P&C to capture learning requirements, set success criteria and deploy learning activity
- Drive a culture of continuous professional development (CPD) through advising Local P&C on all aspects of the L&D cycle in Too Good To Go
- Facilitate learning interventions as required
- Support the core learning philosophy, holding true to our vision and mission
- Monitor how effectively learning has been transferred to our Waste Warriors
Requirements
- Significant proven experience of designing and implementing Learning and Development programmes
- Experience of managing L&D projects from concept to completion, demonstrating ROI and business impact
- Experience of designing learner centric experiences, content and resources, applying knowledge & practice of design thinking & learning design theory
- Facilitation and coaching skills to support train the trainer and workshop delivery
- Experience of using L&D metrics to develop strategies and address people related priorities and challenges
- Ideally, experience of working in a fast paced scale-up environment
- Ideally, a qualification / certification relevant to L&D or HR or equivalent significant experience working in an L&D capacity
- Consultancy experience desirable
- A collaborative approach to developing strategies and solutions
