JOB PURPOSE:

Experienced KAM with strong experience with pain therapeutic area, you optimizing access to our medicines for as many patients and healthcare professionals as possible by working closely with all the main stakeholders: paying organizations, hospital pharmacists, opinion leaders, referral managers, tender managers, group purchasers.

Promote the products and their proper use to healthcare professionals in compliance with the applicable ethics and deontological rules

LOCATION: Anywhere near Strasbourg, Nantes or Bordeaux

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reports directly to the national EMBU Marketing & Sales Director;
  • Sphere of activity: private and public hospitals as well as all health care structures (EHPAD, HAD, care networks, SSR...), groups of clinics;
  • To be able to carry out face-to-face and remote medical visits;
  • Establish relationships across the healthcare ecosystem among priority stakeholders, i.e(e)local paying agencies, tender managers, referral managers, hospital pharmacists, etc., in order to maintain and expand access to EMBU Division medicines, and to identify the market environment upstream ;
  • Assume responsibility for obtaining the inclusion in tenders, referrals, and favourable protocols, on a commercial level, of the products promoted in the various health structures;
  • Gather all the necessary documents within KKP to support the submission of tenders;
  • Take ownership of the bidding and procurement process, including writing proposals/bids and working with the appropriate teams to manage tariff negotiations and discounts;
  • Acting as our custodian's point of contact to manage the tendering process
  • Attend the Hospital Pharmacists Congress to strengthen relationships with opinion leaders
  • Propose and implement specific measures with the stakeholders involved in the tender decision-making process;
  • Promote the products to authorized health professionals by encouraging their proper use through face-to-face or remote visits (online or telephone visits);
  • Organize promotional meetings in compliance with internal rules and the anti-gift law governing benefits granted to healthcare professionals;
  • Collect and transmit pharmacovigilance notifications;
  • Adopt a proactive attitude in terms of digital development associated with the development of contacts with opinion leaders;
  • Where appropriate, liaising with KKI colleagues in the EMBU and RDBU customer contact teams to ensure that customers benefit from a harmonized and transparent commitment from KKI ;
  • Develop and execute action plans, in line with the objectives set by the Sales Director;
  • Be fully aware of current business initiatives and strategies;
  • Maintain customer contact records and all relevant customer information in the Customer Relationship Management system; Exploit business opportunities and provide customers with high value-added services;
  • Support demand forecasting and planning; collate, review and monitor results against a strategic business plan; and provide timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Director;
  • Express the value of KKI's portfolio in terms of clinical, economic and patient impact;

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education in medical sales attested by the issue of the medical sales diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the sale of pharmaceutical products and/or access to pharmaceutical markets;
  • Advanced sales and negotiation skills, particularly in a tendering and account management environment;
  • Experience in tendering and procurement management strongly recommended;
  • Excellent skills in convincing presentation;
  • Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas;
