Who are we? ?

PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage their leave and expense requests.

To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.

We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. More than 3500 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us. Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.

Your role ? As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will join our People team to take over all People related topics for our Triforce department (about 150ppl).

The main challenges you will have to face will fall in at least the following points:  
- How to support the team through scale and provide the most efficient and enabling HR support?
- How to ensure all levels of management have the same HR approach with our policies and become ambassadors themselves?
- How to ensure all PayFiters onboard in a “Work From Anywhere” environment?  

Your mission is to partner with managers to ensure team continuous engagement and performance, while keeping an eye on local & legal requirements. You will also act as a true team player and work in close coordination with other members of the People team (People OPS team, Recruitment team, Payroll&Admin Manager, Fulfillment Manager…)

Main current challenges for the Triforce department : Growth & Career development, Learning, Rituals & Work/ Life balance. 


Your missions ⭐

*Act as the HR referent in your perimeter for Individual Contributors and Management.
*Understand the business and our strategic objectives to provide the most accurate support to the teams.
*Collaborate actively with the other HR BPs


>>> How to support the team through scale and provide the most efficient and enabling HR support? 
- Be the entry point for all employee in your population for general HR requests and/or be a coordinator with the experts 
- Lead HR strategic guidelines to support business strategy and changing needs
- Contribute to projects in partnership with the People Ops teams to support the achievement of the HR strategic objectives
- Provide support and coaching to managers or employees in their professional development
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance towards conflict resolution ; conduct investigations
- Implement and facilitate the adoption of HR tools and processes (Performance Reviews, Career paths, Compensation campaigns, Relocation, Learning actions...)
- Ensure our compliance with applicable local labour law and regulations (statutory documents, employee files, etc)
- Support PayFiters on relocation projects and immigration topics
- Promote our culture internally and externally 
- In charge of PayFiters’ offboardings for your perimeter ; lead the offboarding meeting(s)

- We are currently implementing a “Work From Anywhere” policy, your role will be own, follow, secure and communicate this policy in your perimeter.
- The Triforce department is deployed among several European countries, with international contributors & managers with whom we need to actively collaborate with.

>>> How to ensure all levels of management are aligned with our policies and become ambassadors themselves?
- Support managers as a business partner in their team management
- Partner with management, and our Fulfillment manager to engage employees and boost team spirit 
- Lead workshops to empower managers on HR topics (performance management, career development, compensation…) 
- Conduct People Reviews within your perimeter 
- Intervene in internal mobility processes & promotion processes to validate culture fit and management skills and potential
- Get involved in the performance & talent management for the team 
- Support and advice management during underperformance periods or Offboardings to ensure HR compliance and respect of our values 

This job has been tailored for you if... ?
?3+ years experience as HR Business Partner minimum
?A first experience in a business partner position is required, and with Engineering and/or Product teams would be a real plus
?Strong written and verbal communication skills - Fluency in english is mandatory
?Strong affinity with People Experience (e.g components such as the psychology of work, physical, mental and financial well-being, meaning, purpose and positive relationship)
?Experience working in an environment with ongoing change and growth
?Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, able to cope with an intense pace and to evolve in a demanding and changing environment in contact with high level interlocutors
