About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Analyst to be the ‘first person on the ground’ for all things Workday related across EMEA and APAC.  The successful candidate will be responsible for system administration, enhancements, enquiries, reporting and process improvement along with building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders accordingly. 

What You Will Do:

  • We are a company in hypergrowth, therefore this role will be pivotal in supporting the Workday setup and implementation of international locations and entities as well as collaborating on system administration and maintenance of Workday and downstream impact to Workday Payroll and integrated business systems(e)We currently use HCM, Compensation, Time, Absence, Performance, Talent, and benefits(e)
  • We place the employee at the heart of our organisation therefore, this role will support this by identifying and championing Workday enhancement opportunities that create capacity, reduce risks, enable automation, increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience(e)
  • Being the first "port of call" for Tier 2 Workday inquiries, errors and data issues(e)Working with team members and users of information systems with issues associated with the HR systems by investigating problems and resolving or providing detailed recommendations on resolutions.
  • We are all about the data, therefore, this role will be responsible for preparing regularly scheduled reports and deliver ad-hoc reporting as needed to key stakeholders as well as ensuring data integrity and quality assurance of all data through process improvement, audits, exception reporting, and alerts(e)You will also collaborate on the Workday delivery and creation of internal documentation to capture system processes and procedures and deliver Workday training for key business partners and workday users including payroll, compensation, benefits etc.
  • Our business is all about partnership, therefore you will work with business stakeholders primarily in the EMEA and APAC regions to align global HRIS/Workday efforts and inform long-term roadmap planning and identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities along with recommending process improvements and innovative solutions and providing advice and options on the best way to automate processes.

What You Will Bring:

  • Workday core HCM experience; experience supporting other areas of Workday are a plus: Compensation, Time, Absence, Performance, Talent, Benefits, Learning
  • Workday training in HCM and reporting
  • Methodical approach to problem solving
  • Experience in supporting HRIS and partnering with internal and external customers
  • The ability to manage different time zones and make decisions where necessary.
