What will be your role?
Join our Growth team as Senior Growth Analytics & Insights Manager, and shape the future of Growth Analytics at PayFit(e)This is a unique opportunity to bring your own vision to life in a fast paced, SaaS business with a technology driven growth team.
Your mission will be to help us build the best conversion focused growth engine, with a strong focus on the ingestion, distribution and analysis of marketing data(e)Our entire growth engine, the measurement of our marketing performance and contribution to revenue growth will rely on the stack you will build and own.
In details, you role will be to:
- Set the vision and roadmap for Growth Analytics & Insights (Acquisition, Activation, Retention & Marketing Revenue) at PayFit
- Build the data architecture and stack that will help us achieve this vision with our Data Engineers and Data Analysts
- Ensure marketing data accuracy and distribution/availability across our marketing stack to enable automation and lifecycle based marketing
- Help us level up our reporting and dashboarding practice with a focus on simplicity, actionability and insights
- Participate in shaping the strategic vision for sustainable and Product Led Growth at PayFit by gathering, analyzing and distributing valuable insights on our market, audiences and performance
- Take part in the yearly and quarterly budgeting exercises with our Finance and Business Ops teams
- Shape and train our Growth Analytics & Insights team into a world class team of analysts and project managers
This job has been tailored for you if
You have the following abilities and experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data analyst roles, preferably with a strong understanding of Growth and Marketing and their contribution to SaaS growth
- First management experience with hiring, training and development of a team of analysts and project managers
- Exposure to Product and Sales Growth models with a good understanding of the differences and dynamics of such models, especially in the measurement of their performance
- Strong hands on experience with data collection and distribution through tracking, marketing automation platforms, CRM
- Strong analytical skills with a good business acumen(e)You understand the value of simplicity in the reports and dashboards you deliver.
- Good exposure and/or experience in budgeting, from defining models to producing multi year forecasts
