What will be your role?
Join our Growth Team as Senior Demand Generation Manager(e)As part of our Global Growth team, you will be in charge of driving and scaling new customer acquisition through paid search marketing channels(e)You are a Growth Marketer with deep channel expertise in Paid Search, launching and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and business lines(e)You understand the value of your work and its contribution to a company’s growth, and want to join
Your mission will be to develop, implement and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on driving conversions and achieving high return on investment(e)You will do so in the context of our historical Sales Led and new Product Led models, and will adapt your strategy, measurement and investments accordingly(e)To achieve your goals, you will work closely with Local Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, Sales and Business Operations teams.
Your missions:
- Plan, develop and launch search strategies for SEM, with a strong proximity to SEO, Peer Review Sites and Affiliation
- Act as a global expert by building a strong understanding of all markets needs, personas and challenges to build the best possible search strategy
- Build a strong relationship with other channel experts, local marketing teams and cross-functional teams (Content, Design, Sales, Product Marketing, Analytics…) to brief, plan, build assets (ad copy, landing pages) and execute your campaigns
- Develop a testing framework to continually improve your campaigns with a strong focus on CTR, CPL, CAC and ROAS.
- Run regular in-platform optimisations to ensure your campaigns are delivering performance across the 4 PayFit countries
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all search channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC
- Participate in the yearly and quarterly budget planning processes
- Work with our Insights & Performance teams to build reports, dashboards and forecasts(e)Own the delivery of your analysis and present to the Marketing and Commercial Leadership when required
- Work with our Marketing Ops team to troubleshoot any issues related to tracking, martech or analytics(e)
This job has been tailored for you if
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles, working for a SaaS or traditional B2B product
- You have a very good understanding of both Sales Led and Product Led models and understand how Search contributes to the success of a marketing strategy as a whole
- Ability to turn complex issues related to strategy, data and analytics into simple messages for non-expert, contributing to the general understanding of your role and impact
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving pipeline and revenue growth
- Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
- Expert with CRM tools, marketing automation (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment, Salesforce, Hubspot, Hotjar, etc)
- Advanced excel abilities and comfort with BI tools
- Experience working with analytics platforms: (GA, Reporting Tools, Automation) Great collaborator and self-starter
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
