SALES OPS ANALYST (m/f)

Ivalua is a leading provider of cloud-based procurement solutions globally. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will help strategic transformation projects within the Go To Market organization(e)

This role is reporting directly to the Senior Director Global Sales Operations located in Massy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

  • Assist strategic transformation projects within the Go To Market global organization at WW level(e)These projects can be related to Sales developments, improving execution and efficiency as well as working on the global strategy
  • In addition to this role, the person will also be in charge to support the pre-sales WW team on process definitions, KPIs and performance management.

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops or a consulting background managing processes and/or change management
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
  • Project Management Skills with strong focus on outcome and results
  • Ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders within the organisation
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience in a fast growing, dynamic environment in SaaS or e-commerce environment

Soft Skills:

  • French speaker with excellent English language skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to work in an environment where growth and change is the only constant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
