What we are looking for:
Scality is looking for an experienced Sales Operations (Revenue Operations) Specialist/Coordinator to join our team supporting our worldwide sales team, which spans across the US, France, UK, Germany, Japan, etc(e)This individual will work closely with the head of sales operations, sales management, and the broader sales team to support general sales operations initiatives, including pricing and quoting efforts(e)This person will support our sales team and Deals Desk with building quotes based on standard and exceptional pricing models for new and existing customers, including the quotations for support renewal contracts(e)The candidate should bring a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, and should be comfortable working with team members across various time zones.
The candidate will bring at least 3 years of sales-related experience(e)The preferred location for this role is in Scality’s Paris France office.
Job duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Producing customer and partner facing quotes for new customers and existing customers. The candidate could also be involved with the support renewal process, so should be comfortable with speaking with our customers and partners.
- Reviewing and processing sales orders, including verifying information in Salesforce and liaising Finance
- Coordination with the Sales, Finance and Legal teams on new supplier set up processes and RFP submissions
- Producing various sales metric reports for the regional sales teams and management as needed
- Various Sales Operations initiative execution on time to time basis
Required Skills:
- Fluent English, in speaking and written
- BA/BS or equivalent degree with a major in Business, or any other relevant field required
- 3 years of Sales Ops (or Revenue Ops) related experience
- Strong attention to detail
- High aptitude in analytical, mathematical, and logical thinking
- Knowledge of various pricing models for enterprise software
- Solid Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, including communication with customers and partners
- Proven ability to work as a productive member of an international team
- Experience in CRM systems: Salesforce.com (or similar platforms)
