We’re looking for someone that will be in charge of a part of the “Order to Cash” process for European-based customers(e)This position will be reporting to the Sales Administration & Revenue Recognition manager and fall within the Finance Operations Department(e)If you’re a self-starter, comfortable with working with numbers, and looking for a cross-functional role this is the right career move for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create customer accounts in Netsuite and fill out vendor forms
  • Enter and check sales orders, check the integrity of the input data (sales price, contract dates, invoicing terms, etc). 
  • Monitor the integrity of commercial backlog (completeness of orders, reliability of sales prices, billing schedules)
  • Issue invoices and credit notes 
  • Participate in the monthly revenue closing
  • Ensure the resolution of customer disputes from the registration to the payment, in collaboration with the Accounts Receivable Department
  • Deal with customer queries within his/her/they’re scope of responsibility and direct other queries to the appropriate contacts
  • Produce ad hoc analysis based on the needs expressed by the business
  • Participate in the continuous process improvement project: proposal of alternative solutions

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Administration in the SaaS industry
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • You have a strong business acumen and an appetite for technology
  • You have a strong understanding of IT Tools and softwares (knowledge of Netsuite is a plus)
  • French and English speaker
  • You are a team-player, proactive, and focused on customer satisfaction.
