The internship is for six months within the CCBM Service & Performance Management Team, composed of 3 people working transversally with multiple teams (Product, Design, BI, Supply, Quality, Care, etc).
Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🥇
● Monitor on a weekly basis the operational and financial performance of each variables of costs & revenues that composed CCBM(e)
● Actively participate in the weekly review of the service performance
● Build ad hoc analysis to support the team taking decisions and be more efficient in their daily work(e)
● Participate in the analysis of post launch projects and provide actionnable insights to the team(e)
● Build a pool of trusted Sellers to gather their feedback on new features or projects to make sure we keep capturing their Voice and address projects in the right priority order(e)
● Benchmark competition and look for best practices and innovative ideas(e)
You’re At The Right Place If: ⭐
- You have excellent writing and speaking skills in English(e)Speaking/writing another language is a plus !
- You have strong project management skills(e)
- Numbers and Excel don't scare you at all :) and are eager to learn more about it
- You also are proactive, detail oriented, autonomous & rigorous !
- You ideally have a prior experience in an international environement.
About the internship:
- Starting date is in January, 2023
- Duration : 6 months (until July 2023)
