Back Market is on a mission to change how customers feel about purchasing refurbished by ensuring that the quality of the device and customer experience is so high, it rivals that of buying new(e)To deliver on this mission you will be working in our Quality Team within the Operations.
In this role you will be contributing to enforce the quality standards we hold our 1500+ sellers accountable to(e)You will be supporting the team in monitoring, and improving our quality metrics and processes as well as supporting our sellers to deliver best-in-class customer experience through impactful and transversal projects.
At the junction between our Supply Team and our Customer Experience Team, you will also work in very close partnership with the other operation teams.
Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🥇
- Analyze our merchant overall quality of delivery, products and after sales service to identify levers for improvement
- Run the quality processes that will help monitor and enforce our quality standards
- Contribute to designing tools and processes to support our merchant in improving their quality
- Contribute to the identification and launch of concrete actions for account managers to improve the quality of their merchant
- Work with the Salesforce team to push those actions into our CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Build resources to support the deployment of these actions to account managers and foster adoption
You’re At The Right Place If: ⭐
- Fluent in English and in French (mandatory)
- You have a good understanding of the e-commerce and retail environment in Europe, and what will lead Back Market to success.
- You are data-driven and feel comfortable with excel/Gsheet to run analysis and build business insights from data (Basic knowledge in data visualization & SQL is a plus, but not mandatory)
- You have strong Project Management skills and are able to work with multiple stakeholders / transversal teams
- You are organized, structured, you pay attention to details and have a lot of drive with a can-do / will-do attitude
- You thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment.
