MISSION
As part of the Technical Services Team, reporting to the Director of Technical Enablement Worldwide, your missions will be the following with a specific focus in the first one:
Mission #1: Contribute to the improvement of TS processes and tools.
- Contributes to interactions with partners on project management (including education of partners).
- Lean (gemba and andon) continuous improvement initiatives project management:
- Organize the internal knowledge documentation contents on Google Drive and Confluence Cloud.
- Create, document and maintain enablement-related processes to allow Project Manager and Engineers to seamlessly execute tasks.
- Processes consolidation and extension.
- Tooling reinforcement.
- Cross teams coordination and activities reporting.
Mission #2: Delivery: the project manager drives the post-sales customer interactions and project delivery(e)Specifically, they:
- are accountable for the quality and the schedule of the delivery projects, in accordance with the processes defined within TS;
- identify and manage the risks associated with each project;
- ensure proper communication to all project stakeholders (customer, partners, Scality);
- provide regular reporting on the progress of their projects to the management as well as the account executive team.
