The Supply & Demand product is a recent product delivering consolidated views of the equilibrium for a given market, be it Crude oil, Refined products or any other energies and commodities.
Working closely with designers, engineers, and fellow product managers, you will be responsible for building a world-class experience to access those data, mostly Kpler's proprietary data, on our web app and via connectors.
As Product Manager for our Supply & Demand crew, you will gain a deep understanding of all our different user personas, and come up with solutions that make Kpler data seamlessly integrated into their daily workflows, so that they can find the data they need, aggregate it and display it in no time.
Note: This role will be remote-first working from Europe.
Your missions
- Developing a deep understanding of Kpler platforms and customers’ needs
- Building ambitious and innovative propositions to address our customers’ needs
- Engaging customers to gather feedback, validate ideas, and ensure the product fits the demand
- Working closely with the engineering teams on the execution- Managing and prioritizing the requirements backlog to fit business needs in your crew/squad
- Follow the product governance best practices and agile methodologies
- Working daily with the engineers and analysts to solve problems, test features, and make decisions during the development
- Assessing competition trends and functionalities so as to stay competitive
- Creating product marketing collaterals to support sales initiatives
- Developing internal and external product training plans
- Communicating the value proposition of any new product developed
- Working with the marketing, sales and customer success teams to push the adoption of the product

You may be a fit if…
- You have at least 2+ years of experience as a product manager in B2B, delivering data-oriented products
- You have a strong interest in building a great user experience for data solutions
- You have a strong interest in the commodities market and good knowledge relative to the energy market coming from a relevant experience in the industry
- You have experience in designing user interfaces and web applications
- You have the excellent analytical ability, are at ease with working with databases and use complex data to deliver impactful products
- You can translate business requirements into effective product design, delivering end-to-end user experience solutions
- You are a true and kind team player, a quick learner, and able to work with short deadlines across different tasks
- You are native or bilingual in English (mandatory)
