What you’ll do
As an Energy Analyst, you will research, collect, structure and analyse data dedicated to the Power markets(e)You will be required to follow and highlight the main events occurring in the energy markets and track the specific trends(e)In addition, you will be working on various projects to develop new features and improve Kpler Power data quality.
• Regular research, tracking of energy market news
• Daily checks of Kpler data to ensure reliability and accuracy of services provided
• Extract meaningful patterns and detect trend disruption
• Draft fast-response to ad-hoc requests from users
• Regular Client Meeting to discuss market/data related topics and introduce our products
You are or have...
• At least 1 year of experience (or significant internships) in the energy market
• Strong interest in the power market (relative experience with crude and refined products market would be a plus)
• Experience working with large, disparate and/or unstructured data sets (python/SQL skills)
• Good analytical skills and ability to highlight trends and use complex data to support decisions
• Team player, quick learner, and able to work with short deadlines across different tasks.
