Product Manager - Invoicing & Partner Payouts - Paris or Remote

We are looking for a Product Manager - Invoicing & Partner Payouts to join the FinTech domain(e)In this role, you will centrally own the financial experience of our partners offering their service on our marketplace(e)You will closely collaborate with the Finance and operational teams to create transparency with our partners about their financials and the accessibility of their earnings(e)Building our most important value with them: Trust(e)Our ideal candidate has a strong background in FinTech products, customer experience with them and high awareness of accuracy and correctness.

Location: You can join us either in one of our offices in Hamburg, Berlin or Barcelona or 100% remotely in one of the 11 countries where we have a legal entity**

Your responsibilities:

• Own the financial experience of our partners: The financials are the most important piece of information for our partners as well as the accessibility of their earnings(e)To ease their life with these is your endeavour!
• Backlog Management & Prioritization: Lead on the creation, refinement and prioritization of your backlog and communicate prioritization decisions to wider business
• Discovery: Proactively identify key product opportunities to independently scope, prioritize and lead their execution end-to-end
• Product Strategy: Develop a product strategy, manage the roadmap and lead its execution to drive sustainable user engagement
• Hypothesis Driven Development: Provide leadership in defining MVPs that allow us to test our hypothesis while delivering a delightful customer experience
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams and mediate between technical, UX/UI and business matters, backing up your opinion with data and drive decisions forward when needed

Your profile

• Work Experience: >= 5 years of work experience in Product Management or Growth, preferably in Tech or Startup environment
• Academic Background: You have a degree from an accredited university preferably from Computer, Industrial or other Engineering fields.
• UX / UI Skill: Aptitude for UI/UX and having a keen eye for what makes a good customer experience(e)Experience working very hands-on with designers
• Fluency with Data: Analytical mindset and ability to independently leverage data for prioritization and decision making
• Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration, and superb communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to synthesize information quickly
• Commercial Understanding: Proven record of taking complex business problems and coming up with innovative and effective product solutions.
• Impact: You have a solid track record of driving concrete results at consumer-facing start-ups/large organizations and Experience delivering web or mobile products of a significant scale and complexity, shipping on a regular basis across different platforms.
• Prior experience with FinTech products is a significant plus
