YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
Our work allows companies to better attract and retain their talent by providing to their employees our unique Employee Benefit: a monthly allowance to benefit from a lot of means of transportation.
As a Business Developer you will be hunting for mid-Market companies so they can implement our Employee Benefit into their benefit portfolio.
You will work within the sales team and you directly report to the Head of Employee Benefits Sales(e)You will be responsible to drive and keep a high level of sales activities, in-line with set company targets.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Possess proven sales, negotiating and presentation skills
- Have very good face-to-face and telephone communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Self-motivated and strong desire to achieve goals
- Fluent in French and English
