Your missions ⭐
Your role → Product Manager
You will be part of the Foundations Tribe, the backbone of the product(e)Our mission is to provide core SaaS & HR experiences for other product teams and end users.
Inside Foundations Tribe, you would be working in the newly created User Guidance squad whose mission is to make our users as autonomous as possible using our product(e)This includes central experiences such as onboarding, navigation, dashboard, search, etc.
As a Product Manager your missions includes:
- Understanding your users: what problems are they trying to solve and what impact is it having in their daily lives.
- Define the roadmap of the squad: understand the vision and strategy of the company, the current business objectives of your tribe and adapt your squad's roadmap accordingly.
- Build delightful experiences and learn from them: deliver value to our users in a very iterative way and with a test & learn mindset.
- Engage with your teams & stakeholders: work in a very collaborative way with the designer, tech lead and engineers of your squad(e)Create communication channels with product marketing, sales, customer success and other key stakeholders to bring your experience in users hands and help PayFit grow.
This job is for you if..(e)?
- You have an experience as a Product Manager in a startup, building and improving B2B SaaS products.
- You have experience building and launching new products in a cross-functional team.
- You enjoy collaborating with Engineers and Designers and have first-hand experience using product discovery methods, co-creating solutions and delivering in an agile way.
- You are not afraid of pushing the boundaries to always strive for the best experience among the complexity and dependencies.
- You have a great touch for design and UX(e)You know what product excellence looks and feels like.
- You are impact driven and focusing on delivering results for both customers and the business.
- You are able to work with a diverse group of internal stakeholders with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You speak english fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment
Your work environment ?
- You will work daily with your Tribe, composed of 6 squads (each squad having 1 PM, 1 Designer, 1 Engineering Manager and 3 to 5 engineers).
- You will report directly to Tribe Product Director
