As a product designer, you will be a pillar of your Product Squad, working hand in hand with the product manager and the developers(e)
Your process of design and your solutions are creative and user centric but also fit with the market needs, the product vision, the costs and the technical environment to create ever better features(e)
An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our users’ problems(e)
You are obsessed with tracking performance, and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.
What you will do
- Driven and supported by the Lead Product Design
- Apply user research methodologies including user interviews, surveys, personas, user flows
- Create and animate co-design workshops in France but also in our foreign offices: research workshops, design sprints, user tests
- Work closely with the product manager, developers and the Product Squad and participate actively in all projects including design specifications, QA design, design debt
- Produce and iterate expected deliverables including wireframe, mockup, prototype, and conduct user tests systematically to validate the solution or iterate
- Participate in our Product Design evangelization through blog articles, meet-ups, design related conferences
- Manage side-projects linked to user experience or main customer experience to learn and make the team more efficient
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years experience as a UX/UI designer or a product designer, ideally at a software company
- A portfolio of relevant design work
- Excellent knowledge of Figma, Zeplin and equivalents
- User-centered approach to designing software for people
- Experience working with engineers and product managers to drive the product strategy and execution
- Good knowledge of CSS, HTML and JS languages, and you have knowledge of back-end development
- Good communications skills with different types of profiles (engineers, sales people, C-levels etc.)
- Public speaking is not a concern for you
- Good time-management skills
