PEOPLE TEAM @HEETCH
You will be part of the People team (8 peeps), reporting to the Global HR Manager
THE ROLE
You’ll have a key role, handling all the administrative HR processes for the European area (~180 employees) which includes France, Belgium, Switzerland and more to come…You’ll also be referent regarding all payroll/HR daily topics for the employees, making sure Heetch is square and compliant regarding all HR basics (Payroll, contract,...)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• ADMIN 💌
- Manage Payroll every month for the European area (in France you’ll be helped by Tal, our apprentice)(e)Improve existing processes and create new ones if necessary.
- Manage all social declarations (DOETH, ADESATT, etc.) & subscriptions (Health Insurance)
- Manage in/out, ensure all legal documents are available and signed
- Provide assistance & advice to managers & employees regarding daily HR topics (payroll, absences,...)
• LEGAL 👨⚖️
- Collect legal requirements and country inputs in order to anticipate and provide advice
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations
- Provide support to social relations (CSE, write the agenda, session report)
• TOOLS & DATA 💻
- Build and manage HR reportings for management teams
- Contribute to our HRIS evolution & maintenance
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist/Ops or equivalent responsibilities (2-3 years)
- Experience of working within entrepreneurial organization culture
- Strong relationship building, team player & High level of communication skills
- Practical and pragmatic, process lover and rigorous
- Able to work at pace, whilst maintaining appropriate attention to detail and standards
- Comfortable challenging the status quo
- Able to generate innovative HR solutions
- Native level in French and fluent English are required
- Proficient with Excel & HRIS tools (Lucca, Payfit…)
