Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our People Team as a Payroll & Administration Manager.
You will be responsible for the administrative management of employees in 1 perimeter (called "Global teams") and will structure the payroll and personnel administration processes in order to guarantee full compliance.
You will work closely with our other Payroll & Administration Manager dedicated to France only.
In your perimeter, you will take care of the coordination linked to international onboarding, immigration support, relocation, "Work From Anywhere" policy budgets follow up etc.

1) Personnel administration and payroll management
 
- Drafting of employment contracts, amendments, monitoring of trial periods and certificates for all our employees
- Integration and follow-up of variable payroll elements
- Management and control of pay slips established via our PayFit SaaS :)
- Preparation of annual social declarations in partnership with our other Payroll&Admin Manager
- Control of the medical follow-up of the employees
- Management of sick leave: "subrogation", constitution of insurance files
- Management of work-related accidents: declaration and follow-up with employees
- Management of immigration support with our external partner
- Implementation of payroll procedures, identification of control points, follow-up, automatization and optimization
- Monitoring of payroll regulations and social security charges
 
2) Employee Lifecycle
 
- Management of the employee's administrative file : from entry to departure
- Coordination of the bi-weekly onboardings in partnership with HRBPs and HR Assistant
- Follow-up of vacations - preparation and explanation of the balances of all accounts
- Support in Relocation processes
- Coordination of Immigration procedures

3) HR reporting
 
- Production of dashboards necessary for the steering of HRBPs
- Monitoring of the payroll
 
 
Your team
 
The HR team has an essential role at PayFit(e)It is the guarantor of the link between PayFiters and therefore we make sure that our culture and values cope with the hypergrowth! By joining this team your role will be cross-functional and you will have the opportunity to work with several teams (sometimes based in different countries).
 
Reporting to a People Director, you will be in charge of the administrative management and the steering of the payroll for PayFit on a scope of +300 employees.
 
On a day-to-day basis, your main Business Partner will be the HRBPs dedicated to Global teams.

This job has been tailored for you if

  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Payroll and Administration Manager, ideally acquired within the Syntec collective agreement,
  • Ideally, you know our tool (PayFit) and you are fluent in English,
  • You are autonomous, rigorous, organized and you have a high sense of discretion,
  • You are passionate about your expertise and act as a perfect partner on your subject.
