The Partner Marketing Manager is an experienced, creative, result-driven  member of our Revenue Marketing team that helps build and execute our partner marketing programs(e)They work closely with Sales, Marketing and many other teams to create experiences that delight, inspire and educate our partners and enterprise audiences, bring our brand to life and help expand our reach.

Working closely with Partner Account Managers, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Sales and many other teams, the Partner Marketing Manager will be key in supporting the creation of a world class partner marketing program that inspires and educates our most strategic partners(e)  The role will build integrated marketing campaigns aligned with our Partners to increase awareness and drive revenue(e)This includes messaging, campaign and event management, digital integration as well as supporting demand generation.  You will also be the key interface with the partner sales teams and act as a primary contact to address questions and inquiries regarding partner marketing related activities.

YOUR ROLL WILL CONSIST OF:

  • Execute partner marketing programs as defined by the partner marketing strategy developed through collaboration across Field, Demand Gen and Partner management teams to drive pipeline and support Marketing OKRs
  • Execute programs to educate strategic Algolia partners on Algolia products, value propositions, campaigns and events
  • Work with ABM team to identify partner targets to help push large commercial/Ent accounts into pipeline 
  • Support field, customer and content marketing in coordinating partner participation in events and customer win stories.
  • Collaborate with the Algolia alliances team and product marketing to manage Algolia presence with the strategic alliances, around the value of integration, demand generation and co-selling.
  • Working with the Strategic Partners internal team and other Marketing functions Identify new activities and bespoke events such as executive breakfasts/dinners, webinars/online live events, customer-led events, that we can jointly deliver with our partners.
  • Provide partner marketing perspective and voice into the broader marketing team. 
  • Help refine & document the workings and best practices alongside the team, helping us scale our partner program.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • 2+ years of direct experience building and managing partner marketing programs in a B2B software company
  • 1-2 years of experience partnering with technology partners such as commercetools, BigCommerce, Shopify, Adobe, Salesforce and/or with agency partners such as EPAM, Publicis Sapient, Deloitte Digital, E2x etc,  experience with API-first technology will be considered a plus
  • A successful track record of developing partner lead pipeline through webinars, email campaigns, events, paid and other creative programs
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a unique ability to translate technology features into business benefits
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of tolerance with ambiguity and ability to maneuver through multiple priorities in a fast growth entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-starter with high motivation level that can readily adapt to changing market and organizational priorities
  • Inspiring and strong positive personality with a can-do attitude – fun to work with
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-growing workplace, can multi-task, be flexible when priorities shift, anticipate problems and plan contingencies. 
  • Demonstrable experience working with Marketing automation tools and analyzing data from databases like Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau would be a plus
  • The ability to think clearly under pressure and manage the demands of the Partner and Sales teams effectively but with a strong focus on budget management and ROI of events.
  • Willingness to take ownership and be held accountable.
  • The aptitude for continuous learning and development.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practice.
  • Good understanding of marketing via partners. 
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and someone who thrives in a team working environment and sharing of ideas.
