Partner Manager

The Role:

Your key responsibility as a Partner and Alliances Manager is to lead from the front, drive comprehensive strategy and direction for a group of key partners in the territory across multiple GTMs(e)Relevant partners mostly will be Big 4 consulting firms, Global and Regional System Integrators.

The work you will do:

• Developing and executing a powerful and holistic partner strategy to achieve sales goals within the assigned territory. 
• Enlisting followship to your strategy with other relevant departments (e.g(e)Direct Sales Teams, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services) 
• Working with partners on achieving assigned goals (typically these goals are sales related, e.g(e)“net new sourced pipeline” via partners, securing new end customer logo’s through partners and “partner influenced ACV”). 
• Supporting building, marketing and championing partners go-to-markets by leveraging internal support teams (business planning, pipeline development, QBR, marketing, sales activities across different Go-To-Market options, etc.). 
• Driving technical and sales enablement of partners. 
• Visiting and meeting partners and customers both in person and remotely. 
• Managing and reflecting activities in Celonis’ CRM system.

The qualifications you need:

• Education in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems or something similar 
• 8-10 relevant work experience in partner management, direct sales or business development within the software industry (preferable Cloud/Saas).
• Have a strong sales-mindset, you are Team oriented & Entrepreneurial. 
• Have the ability to excite others and drive a wave of positive impact through our Partner Ecosystem in France, involving building strong relationships at Executive level. 
• Have a very strong network within Consulting and System Integrator companies.
• Professional efficiency in written and spoken French and English, other languages are an advantage.
