What you'll do:
- You will help us to develop, improve and optimize our operational processes
- You will work on training and improving the working conditions of our teams in the field (mechanics, drivers, patrollers, etc.)
- You will participate in the implementation and improvement of indicators for the daily monitoring of our performance and the quality of our operations
- Through data analysis, you will identify the levers for improvement in order to allow controlled and sustainable growth(e)
- You will also have to discuss with the other European teams in order to share good practices
- You will help to liaise with our teams in the field and you will not hesitate to get involved (work with employees in the field, understand their work, explain the new features of the internal application, etc(e))
- You will help improve our products (user application, internal) by gathering feedback from the field useful to development teams
- You will participate in the city transport revolution in France and around the world!
What you'll need:
- A mix of an appetite for the field and analytical skills
- Master (engineering school, business school or university equivalent)
- Autonomy, initiative and force of proposalA mindset focused on results and unfailing motivation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel(e)
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) can help
- A good level of English and fluent French
