On Office Management :
Maintain a well-organized, secure, and welcoming working environment
Proactively manage the deliveries & work with vendors to ensure office supplies, snacks, and drinks (Orders, deliveries & stocks management)
Coordination for general mailbox emails, mails & phone calls
Work with the IT team for the French teams equipment
Welcoming our guests, candidates, and customers in our Paris office
Support on the onboarding process for new hires
Provide organizational team support (admin requests, meetings & travel booking)
