Collaborating with the Culture & Office team based in Paris, we are looking for a Office Manager Assistant who will be acting as Back Market’s values ambassador and actively contributing to the successful onboarding of new hires while providing an inspiring team spirit at the Paris office(e)

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): ?

  • Support the office manager already in place
  • Purchase office supplies, snacks, beverages, and weekly lunches through a network of various vendors and manage receipts and invoices for budget tracking
  • Welcome external visitors (providers, job candidates) on a daily basis
  • Sort & distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages and orders in a timely and precise manner
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of facilities and act as the main point of contact
  • Ensure the proper application of health and safety rules within the premises (purchase covid personal protective equipment / sanitary measures, etc.)
  • Make the office a fun place to be! Ensure that it is clean, welcoming, and full of good vibes
  • Proposal force for monthly cultural events, knowledge of Parisian cultural news & cultural places

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You have at least 2 years of successful experience in office management, in a similar environment or hospitality
  • Ideally fluent in both French and English, with excellent writing skills in both languages for effective collaboration with the US & FR teams
  • You are detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to multitask with a high level of initiative and motivation
  • You are skilled at combining the sense of confidentiality required for this type of position with a genuine People Care attitude
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are positive, friendly and have a outgoing personality
  • You have a strong desire to meet new people and are full of energy!
