MISSION:

We are looking for an Office Manager part time 2 days per week for September & October, &/or full time for 4,5 months (maternity leave) starting in November. 

OUTCOMES:

RECEPTION
Welcoming office visitors, candidates, new employees, partners, investors
Collecting office deliveries & be responsible for the phone & interphone
Supporting internal communications & designing engaging events for employees

OFFICE SUPPLIES & GENERAL SERVICES
Maintaining offices tidy, homely & safe(e)In one word, you’ll be the guardian of the office, ensuring all office equipment is working properly
Managing employees’ requests for all purchases (office supplies, access badges..) & expenses
Ordering and managing supplies inventory and replenishment orders (snacks, coffee, fresh drinks, machines..), managing service providers (cleaners, gardeners ...), dealing with punctual technical issues (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning...)

ADMIN SUPPORT & CEO ASSISTANTSHIP
Agenda coordination and travel arrangements
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondences
Managing payroll, onboardings, employees files & some HR & finance requests

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

We're looking for someone resourceful, dynamic and welcoming(e)Someone looking for an opportunity with wide office management & admin responsibilities, with HR support as well and wishing to evolve in a startup environment where “open-mind”, “get things done” and “extra-mile” values drive everyone in our teams.
A former experience in office / admin / HR / finance / service related jobs is required.
There are currently 2 people in the HR team: 1 Office & HR assistant and 1 Talent Manager(e)You would be reporting to the latter.
