MISSION :
By joining our tech team as Mobile Software Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to directly contribute to our ambitious mobile app project that will enrich our customers experience in the skin care domain and all over the globe.
You will make an impact by:
Collectively designing the core features with our UX/UI and product team
Designing and developing new screens and features matching our high standards
Set guidelines and good practices to ensure consistency and quality
Contributing on defining our product and mobile stack roadmap
Growing the team to support the company’s growth
You will work closely in our Tech team (Dev, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientist, PO) with our Product, Supply or Finance teams in various topics.
OUTCOMES
- Within 3 months upon your arrival :
- Connect with teams and onboard with our rituals, tools and stack
- Facilitate external mobile team handoffs and get ownership of mobile app development (ship new feature through releases)
- Build small team of mobile developers
- Work closely with both our Design and Back-end team to support the definition and delivery of new screens and features.
- Propose ideas to improve the user experience of our mobile app users
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Strong working experience with Javascript / Typescript and React Native
- Global understanding of mobile development ecosystem (Analytics, A/B testing, JS frameworks)
- Continuous Integration in mobile app context
- Automated test scripting (Appium)
- You have an interest in managing developers, back-end and APIs.
- Experience with working with AWS (AppSync, Cognito, Lambda, API Gateway, SES, SNS)
- Proficient English
