Marketing & Sales Operation Associate

 

Tencent Cloud is seeking a Marketing & Operation Associate to take responsibility of the following two parts of work:

 

Marketing: The key focus of this part role will be generating sales leads, support for major product and event launches and ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns(e)This person will capitalize on marketing assets and help build Tencent Cloud’s customer community(e)The ideal candidate must be able turn strategic ideas into action and have experience in generating sales leads for cloud business, shaping experiences that build a relationship with a diverse set of customers(e)This person must have extensive analytic and data-driven marketing experience, is detail orientated and able to balance multiple projects.

 

Sales Operation: The key focus of this part role will be helping to drive business initiatives that are critical to the ongoing growth of Tencent Cloud(e)This person will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our customers and products(e)This person will tackle key questions around critical growth initiatives and partner with management to build cases for potential business and will present insights and recommendations to senior management and drive the follow through to ensure smooth execution of those recommendations(e)The person will play a critical role in defining and driving strategic, operational and organizational improvements across Tencent Cloud.

Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear strategic direction through detailed market insights
  • Manage the business official account, developing relevant web content
  • Plan and organize online/offline event/workshop to generate sales leads
  • Collect, analyze and interpret marketing campaigns and behavioral data
  • Work closely with Management team, Sales and other team members to assist in the strategy, development and execution of customer experience initiatives by deriving insights from campaign analyses, data mining, web analytics, and test and learn initiatives to drive and optimize customer loyalty, acquisition, retention, personalization and promotional strategies
  • Develop and execute marketing communications
  • Build brand awareness and optimize our online footprint
  • Data collection, draw insight from analysis and synthesize recommendations
  • Communicate recommendations to senior-level management, help drive recommendations and follow through.
  • Be a contributing part of team projects to ensure regional and business alignment on key strategic initiatives
  • Own and drive deployment of selected Cloud programs or initiatives as identified by management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer’s needs, attitudes, and usage of specific cloud services
  • Monitor competitive activities and identify opportunities for growth
  • Review, audit and summarize operation report

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing and operation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field and/or experience
  • Experience performing marketing analysis and communicating the results and recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience working with industry and analytics tools including web analytics, targeting, testing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • Expert in SEO, content development, social media
  • Solid understanding of cloud products (ex(e)CDN, SaaS, IaaS, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiar with French media and PR environment
  • French speaking is preferred
