Are you an ambitious, impact driven and happy person with a growth mindset?  So is the new Payments team at TheFork, working on a mission to remove the friction of payments at the end of a meal.  We recognise that this can only be done through developing an ecosystem of partnerships that will allow us to deliver high value to our Restaurants and users.  

We are looking for a Manager of Partnerships for Payments (which today includes TFPay, Gift Cards and other products) who will help build this side of the business across all France, Italy and Spain.  You will own the objective and execution of unlocking new ways to deliver a seamless and instant payment user experience, drive product awareness and acquire new users(e)You are going to be part of a quickly growing team, which will require creativity, agility and thinking out of the box as well as maturity and experience to maintain focus on the final objective.  You need to have a strong background in business development, online business and project management with a track-record of meeting and exceeding goals..

What are your responsibilities? 

  • Find and negotiate partnerships with key european providers of services that could enrich our payments value proposition to restaurants (eg POS) and end users (eg Credit card providers, payment providers, various consumer services, etc.) 
  • Manage implementation process of partnerships
  • Imagine, Design, launch new services and opportunities with Partners such as payments, gift cards, data exchange, etc
  • Maintain and nurture the partnership and provide feedback to internal development and product teams

What is your profile?

  • Bachelor's’ degree
  • Willingness to travel a few days per month
  • 6-10 years of Partnerships or related sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital payments industry and digital business models
  • Ability to negotiate win-win deals with partners
  • Very good relationship management capacity
  • Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver independently
  • Capable of Solution - experience working customers to increase product value
  • Project management: ability to work closely with the product team to implement the partnership / launch new services
  • Data Driven: experience and comfort using data to optimize current partnership
  • Collaboration with Product team
  • Languages: Fluent French, Spanish or Italian (more than one language is a plus), working proficiency in English
