What will be your role? ⭐️
Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our People Team as a Learning Assistant.
You will join the Fulfillment & Development department within the People Team.
What is our mission?
We are convinced that being fulfilled brings pleasure to work, purpose and ultimately brings performance(e)Fulfilment goes also by having the opportunity for our PayFiters to grow and develop new skills everyday(e)Your role will be to create and ensure the most fulfilling experience for the PayFiters when it comes to their learning journey(e)You will work closely with the Learning team and be a key contact for PayFiters as you will provide them with support and coordinate training actions.
You will report directly to the Head of Development & Fulfillment.
Your missions :
You coordinate the organisation of all the global learning initiatives, with external providers and internal stakeholders
You manage the LMS administration: creation of training sessions, facilitation of the platform
You participate in building the content authors community: identify experts internally, help them to create inspiring and pedagogical learning content for all PayFiters, follow up on their projects.
You participate in the acceleration of the digital transformation of the training offer by creating content.
You monitor the impact on the learning budget and follow up on the validation processes and bills.
You develop a strong relationship with the OPCO.
You can be involved in other super exciting learning initiatives.

You have a first experience in supporting Learning initiatives (internship/apprenticeship)

You are fluent in english & french,
