😎 Your future position :
Swile is looking for a dedicated Senior or Lead software Engineer to join our Innovation Team! In full remote (Europe) or Paris and Montpellier 🌈
At Swile, we believe in tribes mode, the Engineering department (150+ people) is divided into feature teams spread over our 4 Tribes, one tribe for each scope of our product (Card, Connect, Affiliation & Core) :
- Swile Card (Meal vouchers, gifts, mobility, travels..(e)) => You'll be here 📍
- Swile Connect (Social app, pulse surveys…)
- Swile Affiliates (E-commerce and merchant platform)
- Swile Core (Security, payment, developper experience, platform)
Each feature team is composed of an engineering manager, developers (Front-end, Back-end, Fullstack) and works in close collaboration with a product manager(e)A SRE team also supports the team on a day-to-day basis.
If you zoom into our technical stack, we are using Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Typescript, Node, React, Kotlin & Swift. But we believe an experienced developer can be programming in any (and many) language, so don’t get shy if you don’t see your language of choice.
The Innovation team develops and maintains our worktech platform serving millions of clients in France and LATAM, via our mobile apps, our web apps, and our APIs(e)Quality, excellence, and agility drive our delivery processes and you will help us level these up.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join the “Business Travel team” composed of 4 developers and participate in the construction and development of your technical team in order to achieve our challenging Swile Card roadmap 😉
The mission of this team? To disrupt the world of travel booking and offer an increasingly innovative and digital user experience with new holistic experience of business travel, easy group bookings, new products around travel bookings.

Your mission 🔥:
-Play an active role in the development of efficient microservices and new functionalities
-Strong contributor to the evolution of the services and the existing architecture
-Maintenance and updating of the application
-Ensuring the quality of the code and its compliance with all our guidelines
-Participate in team meetings, agile ceremonies, and roadmap construction;
-Contributor in writing unit and functional tests to create resilient technical bricks.
-Taking part or/and leading one of our “guild” (community of developers around specific stack).

Recruitment process 👫
- First screen : a 45 minute video interview with Charlotte from the hiring super team
- Hiring Manager interview : 45-60min with Marina, your future Manager evaluation of soft/hard skills, team fit, background, team/job information
- Tech case 🚧
- Swilers interview: 45 minutes / During this stage all our Swilers can be called in and contribute to a skills assessment of candidates (focus on culture and values)(e)Interviewers will be able to meet candidates without cognitive bias and have constructive feedback on their interpersonal skills and know-how(e)Involving all of our employees in the success of our hiring process is an integral part of our culture and values
- Final Round: 45 minutes with Eric, CTO or a Tribe Director
- Our hiring process lasts on average about 2 weeks and offers usually come within 24 hours.
