Your role : Ensure the technical development of our projects to achieve excellence

PayFit is looking for a Lead Engineer to help scale our Business Tech Solution (BTS) organization.

You will join the BTS tribe whose role is to bring smart and innovative technical solutions to our business stakeholders(e)As part of the team you will contribute to projects with high impact for PayFit, and especially for sales, marketing and customer success teams(e)The tribe is split into 2 squads of 8 people, and we’re growing very fast(e)You will work in a highly cross-functional way with an emphasis on best practices, agility and responsiveness of the tools in place.

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious team player to join our fast growing team.

You'll be a member of the BTS’s leadership team and report to Quentin, our Director.
The tribe works closely with the Sales, Customer, IT and Product departments to create, develop and maintain tools for our Ops.


Your missions and responsibilities :

• You participate in agile rituals and the continuous improvement of the team
• Empower the BTS team to achieve a high level of technical quality & reliability.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to build the long-term vision & strategy for the team.
• Manage and prioritize technical projects to scale growth, accelerate acquisition and revenue.
• Lead, mentor and grow a talented team of Business Engineers.
• You design, create and implement new technical solutions to answer our stakeholder needs
• You like to innovate, monitor and propose topics for innovation, undertake the implementation of new methods


Your qualifications :

• Higher education (Bac +5) Computer Science
• You are a proactive, curious, hands-on full-stack engineer with 5+ years experience
• You are familiar with Git andCircle CItools
• In addition, you have knowledge of AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway)
• You are passionate about leading a team and creating a positive work environment
• You have a natural ability to coach and motivate teams to excel
• You are "problem-solving" oriented, technical challenges motivate you
• You speak both french and english fluently
• Finally, you benefit from editorial and interpersonal skills and have a taste for teamwork.

• Interview with our Project Managers 2x30min Raul and Baptiste
