In order to accelerate Back Market’s international expansion, Back Market is looking for a Country Launching Project Manager for South Korea(e)*(^o^)*
As a key member of the Asia Development team, you’ll assist the Asia Operations Manager on the different aspects of a country launching project.
Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🥇
- Help design, and execute the launch of the business across East-Asia countries,
- Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity,
- Building an effective operational strategy to approach South Korean sellers,
- Approaching, negotiating with and converting these strategic leads into Back Market sellers,
- Adapt, improve and build tools and processes, working hand-to-hand with the Back Market Product team,
- Facilitate the communication with local partners to create strong relationships.
You’re At The Right Place If: ⭐
- Native speaker of Korean language, fluent English
- You’re looking for a gap year or an end of studies internship for 6 months in Paris
- You have a first experience in Consulting and/or business development
- Excellent ability to pay attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent ability to deep-dive data and generate insights
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Proven track record of strong delivery of results by working both independently and collaboratively with global teams as appropriate
About the internship:
- Starting date is in January, 2023
- Duration : 6 months (until July 2023)
- Location : Paris, France
