As a support engineer you will join the Engineering team supporting the IT Production processes in multiple warehouses(e)You will ensure and maintain the functionality and efficiency of applications used in the warehouses(e)You will be responsible for the proper functioning and maintenance of logistics tools in operational condition on your perimeter(e)Works in close collaboration with Manhattan Associates and Veepee IT Experts
The position is subject to on-call duty at night and on weekends.
The work will be in two phases:
• Intensive training on the application and on taking the perimeter
• Integration into the L2 scope, and continuous improvement of tools
Your position will consist of two jobs:
• Exploitation and support of the perimeter
• Development and implementation of tools to help the different levels of support.
Responsibilities
- Acquire the necessary knowledge on logistics tools from publishers
- Get to know the entire perimeter of the warehouses
- Manage production and application lifecycle environments
- Analyse and resolve anomalies related to system performance and scalability
- Respond to tickets for level 2 on the perimeters concerned
- Participate in the design and development of tools for continuous improvement for level 1 and level 2
About you:
- Experience in logistics industry, ideally on a similar position
- Able to write basic SQL joins
- Review the Stored Procedures and triggers and analyse the complex application data
- Able to write Linux commands and work with vi editor
- Work experience on Microsoft Office/Google Workspace apps (formerly G Suite) like docs, presentations and sheets
- Document and facilitate the user guides of the bug fixes and newly added features
- You have excellent analytical skills, good relationship skills and show initiative and autonomy
- Fluency in French (written & oral) is mandatory

- WMS and WCS systems
- Manhattan WMOS
- XML language
- B1 level or more fluency in English & other EU language
• Location
The main work will take place in Saint Vulbas (40 minutes east of Lyon), in direct contact with the technical and logistical teams on site.
You need to be open to travel between Saint Vulbas and Part Dieu offices.
You must possess valid drivers license & your own vehicle as you will be traveling often between offices.
